Our Aim

At Happy Kids Daycare, our main aim is to create a safe, nurturing, and secure environment where every child can learn and grow through play.

We welcome children from as young as 3 months up to Grade RR, providing a loving and structured environment at every stage of early childhood. We are passionate about giving individual attention to each child, supporting their physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual development. By focusing on the whole child, we lay a strong and confident foundation for their future.

Our dedicated and caring staff use their passion and expertise to empower every learner, ensuring they are well-prepared for the challenges of formal schooling.

At Klopperpark Academy, we continue this journey by offering education from Grade R to Grade 7 in a structured and supportive environment. Our classes are kept small, allowing for more personalised attention and meaningful teacher–student interaction.

We focus on building strong academic foundations while also developing confidence, discipline, and a love for learning. Our approach ensures that each learner is guided according to their individual needs, helping them reach their full potential at their own pace.

We offer a reliable aftercare programme, providing a safe and supervised space for learners after school. During this time, children receive assistance with homework, additional support where needed, and time to relax and socialise in a caring environment.

In addition to academics, we aim to nurture well-rounded learners by encouraging responsibility, respect, and positive values. We prepare our students not only for the next grade, but for the challenges of life and future success.

About Us

Happy Kids Daycare began as a small playgroup in February 2000, built on a passion for caring for children and creating a loving environment where they could learn and grow.

As our school grew, we expanded, and in 2004 we proudly purchased our current property. Since then, we have become a trusted and valued part of the Klopperpark community, supporting families and nurturing young minds for over two decades.

Due to many requests from parents to continue their children’s education beyond daycare, we opened Klopperpark Academy in 2019. This allowed us to extend our offering and provide quality education from Grade R to Grade 7, ensuring continuity and stability for our learners.

Even during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, when many schools faced uncertainty, we remained strong, committed, and dedicated to our children and families. Through perseverance and passion, we continued to grow and support our community.

Today, Happy Kids Daycare & Klopperpark Academy stand as a place of learning, care, and excellence — where children are nurtured, inspired, and prepared for a bright future.
